About Us
Escrow Pacific has been servicing loans for seller financed private real estate in Washington State since 1989.
Escrow Pacific provides a much-needed service in the Yakima Valley and Greater Washington Area in which they serve as a neutral third party to accept and distribute payments according to documentation prepared by title companies, attorneys, and private individuals. From this, Escrow Pacific keeps track of loan payments, holds original documentation, provides yearend history statements for both buyer and sellers, and provides 1098 and 1099 tax reporting information.
